High School Ministry (HSM)

Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating environments where students prioritize their relationships with Christ, influence their friends and participate in personal ministry.  At an age where restlessness and the search for identity intensifies, students will find no better model for a heart that treasures Jesus alone than in a church of committed believers who are saturated with the Word of God and a home where the gospel is lived out day by day.

HS Life Group

There are many exciting changes coming this fall for the HSM Life Group. The HSM Life Group officially kicks off on Sunday, September 11th. Check out these great changes:

Host Family: Josh and Lori Knight will be the new host for the HSM Life Group. Josh and Lori have been long time members and servants at Bethel. They currently have 4 children: Hunter, Ann, Preston, and Mezekir.

HSM Life Group – The Truth Project (2nd & 4th Sunday Night): Our Bible study portion will meet every 2nd and 4th Sunday Night of the month from 5:30-7:30pm at Josh and Lori’s home. The Truth Project is a study published by Focus on the Family that is designed to help students prepare for the many theological questions they will face. In fact, statistics show us that around 75% of students walk away from their faith by their sophomore year of college. Many are led away because they are not prepared for the questions many will ask. Come and learn with us.

HSM Life Group – Worship Service (3rd Sunday Night): This year we are adding a monthly worship service that will meet in The Attic. On the 3rd Sunday night of each month we want to provide and environment that is designed to lead HS students in a time of worship. Todd Wright will be putting together a band and Mark Kuykendall will be preaching. HSM Life Group Worship Service will meet from 6:00pm – 7:30pm

HSM Life Group – Fellowship Night (2nd and 4th Sunday Night): Twice a month there will also be a fellowship night for all our HSM students. Each month this will be a different event or activity. Ideas such as swimming, game nights, movies, bowling, scavenger hunts, etc.
